We arrived very early as going to the cricket , but Anastasi welcomed us, put our luggage in her office where it was secure and then when we got back it was in our room. She we so helpful and patient and made us feel so welcome. Lovely rooms with effective air conditioning, great shower, very comfy bed. The pub attached was cosy and had a good choice of drinks. We had a lovely stay and it will definitely be my go to hotel in Nottingham. Have stayed in several but this was far superior and no more expensive. The location is perfect right in the centre of the lace market with lovely restarants and pubs.

Room was cozy and suitable for its price. Very central (almost everything within walking distance of about 15 minutes) and close to Warhammer World with the tram. Delicious wood oven pizza ordered and delivered to our room late at night which was exceptional. Very sweet note on a card and little surprise left by the staff when notified that our weekend trip was for a special occasion!

Location is perfect, the room was superb, windows that open are getting so rare and I love the windows at Lace Market Hotel. All the staff we delt with was great. We've enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next month (it will be in my wife's name as she's booked it)

The hotel was clean, a little warm but lovely. We got a complimentary upgrade and the room was beautiful. The bed was huge, rooms were nicely decorated and we had a lovely free standing bath. Another bonus was the quaint bar attached to the hotel, they did a decent pizza and pint deal! Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Location was perfect - 5 min walk to Motorpoint Arena, 5 mins to Nottingham caves, roughly 10 mins from the station and castle so really central to get everywhere
